El gofre lil\u00e9s es un gofre de forma ovalada, que se abre en dos para insertar un sabor, tradicionalmente az\u00facar moreno de remolacha (llamado cassonade en Flandes franc\u00e9s) pero tambi\u00e9n con vainilla.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La receta de este preciado postre es bastante sencilla: un gofre plano relleno de az\u00facar, mantequilla y aromatizado con vainilla de Madagascar.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La finalizaci\u00f3n es meticulosa: primero se hornea la masa entre dos planchas, luego se corta la masa cocida con un cortador de galletas para decorar a mano.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Y si la receta no ha cambiado desde hace m\u00e1s de 160 a\u00f1os, a la tradicional vainilla se le han a\u00f1adido nuevos sabores: pistacho, guinda, casta\u00f1a, pralin\u00e9 de arroz inflado o incluso frambuesa. Para los gourmets m\u00e1s razonables.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
