La elecci\u00f3n de su crepera se determinar\u00e1 seg\u00fan los siguientes criterios:
\nNormas:las normas que sean de aplicaci\u00f3n en su pa\u00eds y el tipo de energ\u00eda disponible y autorizado. (Puede elegir entre las normas CE y UL)
\nElecci\u00f3n del gas: La subida en temperatura de los aparatos es r\u00e1pida. El coste de la energ\u00eda es a veces m\u00e1s barato. El gas en botella permite ser m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomo. Atenci\u00f3n no obstante a las restricciones en cuanto a la utilizaci\u00f3n del gas en algunos lugares p\u00fablicos.
\nElecci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica: Utilizaci\u00f3n simple y c\u00f3moda. El ambiente de trabajo es menos caliente. Comprobar el voltaje (230\u2013 400 \u00f3 110 Voltios) y al amperaje (10 \u2013 16 \u00f3 20 Amperios) con relaci\u00f3n al aparato elegido.
\nFundici\u00f3n torneada: La placa de fundici\u00f3n tradicional requiere antes de su primera utilizaci\u00f3n una preparaci\u00f3n que se denomina curado. Dicha operaci\u00f3n, que consiste en aplicar varias capas de aceite sucesivas a intervalos regulares, facilita la separaci\u00f3n de los crepes y reduce el hervor de la masa al entrar en contacto con la placa. La placa de fundici\u00f3n torneada est\u00e1 aconsejada para un uso intensivo.<\/p>\n

\nFundici\u00f3n esmaltada: La placa de fundici\u00f3n esmaltada no requiere curado. Esta lista para su uso. Para comenzar a utilizarla, solo hay que engrasar ligeramente la placa y los crepes se desprenden f\u00e1cilmente. Posteriormente, \u00fanicamente se engrasar\u00e1 cuando sea necesario.Nota: Debido al revestimiento esmaltado y a la irregularidad del material de los bordes, el kit de distribuci\u00f3n de masa patentado no puede utilizarse en esta placa.Ademas hay que tener sumo cuidado al limpiarla ,no rascar se pegaran los cr\u00eapes.<\/p>\n

Gamas est\u00e1ndar :creperas son las menos costosas. Los modelos el\u00e9ctricos se recomiendan para una utilizaci\u00f3n en cafeteria, heladerias, yogurterias…<\/p>\n
